University of Maryland

The Palmer Lab is in the Plant Sciences building on the University of Maryland campus in College Park.  Stream and wetland field sites are in the surrounding region, particularly including the Delmarva Peninsula on the eastern shore of Maryland.

SESYNC

Funded by the NSF starting in 2011, the national Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center no longer funds new projects; however, Palmer and a small team remain active in creating new open-access resources for research and teaching about coupled human and natural systems.
